SangkanLogix helps exporters record timber sources, organise documents, and link materials to individual shipments. These records, together with indicative geolocation analysis, support information requests from buyers and EU operators carrying out EUDR due diligence.
SangkanLogix provides information support and indicative screening. Risk assessment, risk mitigation, due diligence decisions, and DDS submission remain with the party subject to the relevant obligations.

Exporters often buy through several intermediaries
Indonesian timber may pass through landholders or forest managers, traders, sawmills, suppliers, craftspeople, subcontractors, processing facilities, and non-producing traders before export. These steps may be legitimate, but source and material information do not automatically remain connected downstream.
SangkanLogix helps connect available records and identifies information that still needs to be obtained from suppliers or source managers. Links to an origin cannot be established without supporting evidence.

How source areas are examined
The analysis considers submitted boundaries, forest and land-cover information, changes over time, and supporting imagery. Results include the scope, analysis date, and limitations. They are one source of information for due diligence, not a stand-alone finding of compliance.
Important: geospatial results support due diligence. They do not constitute a deforestation-free determination, legal validation, or EUDR compliance decision.
Declared source area
The submitted boundary is reviewed for readability, completeness, declared scope, level of detail, and data provenance.
Forest and land context
Relevant references help describe forest, land-cover, and landscape conditions around the source area.
Changes over time
Information from different periods helps place identified changes within a chronology for further review.
Supporting imagery
Visual interpretation considers acquisition timing, image quality, and the limits of what can be observed.
Data exchange
Using information in a buyer platform
The current release provides structured outputs that can be used as a source for data mapping. An API connection to a buyer or operator platform is not a standard ready-to-use feature. Any external data exchange or bespoke integration is subject to agreed scope, authorised access, security requirements, applicable data-use terms, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Integration boundary: SangkanLogix does not currently connect directly to the EU EUDR Information System, use an operator's credentials, or submit a Due Diligence Statement. Submission remains with a party holding the appropriate role and authorised access. During the controlled pilot and regulatory review, external distribution of geospatial outputs may be restricted or paused.

Controlled pilot and regulatory review
New commercial onboarding and processing of new client data are temporarily paused. System development, internal testing, and access by existing authorised users continue under controlled use.
